Bruce Franklin of legendary Chicago doomsters TROUBLE will guest on this Monday's (November 22) edition of original and former TROUBLE drummer Jeff "Oly" Olson's new Internet radio show, "Heady Metal With Jeff Olson". This rare chat will entail both Olson and Franklin discussing the roots of heavy metal, favorite metal bands (then and now), and what TROUBLE is up to at the moment.
"Heady Metal With Jeff Olson" has moved to a weekly program (previously bi-weekly). The show will continue to air on Monday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. EST. The encore, however, will now run on Saturdays from 8 to 10 a.m. (previously on Fridays).
"Heady Metal With Jeff Olson" is Olson's first radio show endeavor and features interviews with musicians from different metal genres across the board, comedic segments, music news, and giveaways. Olson has been writing and recording in the music industry since the formation of TROUBLE (1979) and holds a Bachelor of Music degree in film scoring, cum laude, from Berklee College of Music.
