Following on from some remarkable press coverage in recent weeks, which included in incredible 4 page colour spread in Observer Music monthly, a two page colour spread in the Guardian and two pages in the times (announcing main man extraordinaire, Mr Mike Tyack’s birthday get together!), we are now ready to unleash this masterful piece of wondrous medieval Psychedelic progressive acid folk rock to an unsuspecting world.
They have been compared to such magical early Seventies acts, such as Principle Edawards Magic Theatre, Comus, Nattura & Trees, with a medieval flavour. Heads will turn and mouths will remain open when they roll in to a town near you, with label mates, Witchcraft shortly. Check the dates section of this letter for more info.

We will shortly be starting an offshoot label called Rise Above Relics. This will be dedicated to unearthing and re-releasing lost gems from the various genres of music we at Rise Above like. From Doom through to Prog/Psych, Hard Rock, Classic Metal, Noise & hardcore. We have three initial killer releases planned for the Autumn. Watch this space for more details.
ELECTRIC WIZARD to share the stage with horror soundtrack legends – GOBLIN!!
On July 16th, witness a once in a lifetime event at the Marquee. Supported by ELECTRIC WIZARD and CADAVERIA, Claudio Simonetti, the driving force of GOBLIN, and his band DAEMONIA will play his legendary soundtracks to 'Suspiria', 'Profondo Rosso', 'Tenebre', 'Dawn of the Dead', 'Zombi', 'Demons' and more. This will be blood drenched, mind blowing and evoke visceral ecstasy. This show is bought in collaboration with cult underground horror movie label Redemption/Salvation.
