DEBRIS INC – Legends Of Doom Return!!

Since their fated demise, the mournful cries of Saint Vitus have continued to echo from a distant cave of cult obscurity, and the Doom scene has never really been quite the same since their passing. At the nucleus of Saint Vitus’ glorious misery was the master of slow motion himself; Dave Chandler. His nebulous fuzzy tone slithered in between mind-bending wah wah solos, whilst epic riffs were as big and slow as a herd of lethargic elephants marching en route to their own funeral.

Back from the debris, Mr Chandler has teamed up with friend Ron Holzner, former long standing bassist with cult Doom rock legends, Trouble to form Debris Inc. These partners in grime are all about doing things their own way, pure and simple. The band are planning on hitting Europe around September/October of this year, in the meantime, the results of this drunken Doom Punk partnership can be heard on the bands forthcoming debut album for Rise Above Records.

DEBRIS INC – Self Titled is due for release in Europe April 4th 2005

Return Of The Wolf – GRAND MAGUS are back!!

The masters of heaviest Nordic metal are currently finishing off touches to their third album for Rise Above, to be titled "Wolf’s Return". Expect a faster, darker and more aggressive new approach, which promises to crush previous releases!

Here are the song titles:

Wolf's Return (title track)

Nio (Swedish for "Nine")

Aska (Swedish for "Ashes")

Repay in Kind (Fast track!)

Kingslayer (even faster!)

Light Hater

Blood Oath

CIRCULUS – to hear is not to believe!!

Fusing the music of 1972 and 1972, CIRCULUS are something amazing about to happen! When psych, prog & acid folk becomes a medieval gateway to another, unexplainable period of time, this is the music dreams are afraid of! Are you prepared for this astounding collective of psychedelic masters to invade your psyche? The band recently entered New Rising studios to lay down their forthcoming full length album for Rise Above Records, titled; "The lick on the tip of an envelope that's yet to be sent", the album is due for release in May. Think Comus meets Brainticket and you’re ‘almost’ there, but not quite! In the meantime, look out for a limited edition split 7” with Swedish Doom sensations, WITCHCRAFT! For more information on CIRCULUS, check out their Website;

sHEAVY get HEAVY with Billy!

Everyone’s favourite Canadian Sabbathians sHEAVY have been locked in the studio with cult legend producer Billy Anderson. The fruits of this mouth watering collaboration will be heard shortly on the bands forthcoming fifth full length album. More details to be announced soon.

WITCHCRAFT – Studio Booked & Ready To Record!

Following the amazing success of the bands debut Self-titled album, WITCHCRAFT are set to enter the studio in March to record the follow up, which promises to be something very special indeed. Recently voted best newcomer of 2004 in the Terrorizer magazine yearly readers Poll, the band look set to become an even bigger force to be reckoned with. Judging on the newer material we’ve already heard, they’re gonna be a tough band to beat in 2005!! The as yet untitled LP is slated for release in late May/Early June.
