Go Down Records Presents: MICHAEL DAVIS / MC5 Day On May 27th

Go Down Records & Monogawa & Sidro Club are proudly presenting a whole day at Sidro Club in honor of Michael Davis (bass player of the MC5), who recently left this world. The aim is to commemorate him through live music by bands who had the opportunity to meet and actively work with him. A kermesse which is going to start from the afternoon, ending with The Lords of Altamont, a band founded by Jake Cavaliere, Michael's "stepbrother". A band beloved by Michael who also joined them to play and had great time.

Before The Lords of Altamont we're gonna listen to OJM, whose 'Under The Thunder' was produced by Michael. Then comes Small Jackets' turn, followed by Lu Silver & The Street Rats w/ Dome La Muerte (Cheetah Chrome Motherfuckers / Not Moving / Diggers) as guest guitarist!

Ticket price for this event is 10 euros. The takens will be given to Music Is Revolution Foundation, founded by Michael in the States, in order to support music education in american schools, through scholastic programs, providing funds and material and organizing cultural event.
