END OF LEVEL BOSS announce recordings and release of debut album
Our newest darlings from the UK, END OF LEVEL BOSS (feat. members of HANGNAIL, CENTURIONS GHOST, FLOOR) will begin recording their debut album on March 5th 2005. Entitled 'Prologue' it is scheduled for a May 2005 release through Exile on Mainstream. The noises set to be captured include: "Freak Waves", "Disjointhead", "Vivid", "Spine Transplant", "Hedonophobia", "Noisepicker", "Step the Mind Gap" and "Leaving". EOLB will be previewing the album live at London's Infinity club on Sunday 27th February with support from Jecano, The Illuminati and others. OSTINATO awaited for European Tour
OSTINATO will return for a European tour this spring. June is the time frame. Stay tuned for more info and better not miss it if the sound wall rolls near by you! OSTINATO will be travelling with BOLLO, an intense instrumental outfit from Leipzig, Germany, who deliver a musical atmosphere that has its roots in bands like the mighty Slint and Karate. BOLLO will have their debut album out on Exile On Mainstream and Velocity Sounds Records in May/June.
Also there will be an EP release to coincide the tour featuring two NEW and exclusive songs each by the mighty OSTINATO and BOLLO plus two new songs by DIARIO, another great atmospheric band, who got crtitical acclaim all over the world for their last full length "Tempo" last year and might be familiar to our followers from touring with Ostinato last year. Their new longplay effort is awaited for late 2005. On Exile On Mainstream/Velocity Sounds. There is plans for a fourth band appearing on this bargain split release to be announced soon. Expect some very exclusive artwork to make this one a true collector' item. You know us!

German Doomsters VOODOOSHOCK will return to studio soon too. We are more than happy to announce a relationship with these folks who have been on our wishlist for a long time. Excited we are. Schedule is set pretty much and one could await a monster of a Doom album in late summer 2005.
THE HIDDEN HAND announces new drummer - European tour in fall 2005
THE HIDDEN HAND have announced the departure of Drummer Dave Hennessy. The split was totally amicable. His work schedule and commute were becoming a real burden, and it was obvious to all that the pressure was too high. He now will be concentrating more energy into OSTINATO. The new guy behind the groove hardware is EVAN TANNER. He cut his teeth on serious hardcore and punk rock in suburban MD, more recently making waves with Cross My Heart (Deep Elm Records) and Liars Academy (Equal Vision.) More recently, Evan did some hard time with DEVIL YOU KNOW with Rev. Jim from Sixty Watt, Brady from Jesuseater, and Frank from National Razor. Evan is now a full time member of the band. There are plans of THE HIDDEN HAND returning to Europe in late summer/ early fall. Nothing set to stone yet but fans are warned.

A serious advise goes out to the fans of the mighty PAYOLA: After the demise of this German bloozegroove heroes, guitarrist Jens Freudenberg joined forces with three of the best musicians in Berlin rock underground. Sebastian Gaebel (Electric Lizard), Olli Wong (Electric Lizard, Ojo Rojo) and Jakob Kiersch (Electric Lizard, Payola) make up the four-headed rawwwwk monster MATA HARI NYMPHO SPY. The band played a fuckin' incredible set with William Elliott Whitmore on Sat, Feb 12th in Berlin and delivered an astounding performance that would've been able to send Queens Of The Stone Age, Mando Diao, Jet, The Hives and 95% of nowaday's NeoRock clones into neverending solitude. So if this pound rolls near by you, you shouldn't hesitate to witness!
